去年の 9 月くらいに発覚した metri.biz によるサイトの丸パクリ。以下その時の記事です。

Google に DMCA 侵害申し立てをしたところまで書いたのですが、その後日談を記録として残しておきます。
DMCA 侵害申し立てが拒否される
DMCA 侵害申し立ては 1 日 1000 件までしか URL を申請できないので、 3 回にわけて申請をしました。その 2 回目の申請でこんなメールが届きました。 9 月 10 日のことです。

簡単に書くと、この申請で訴訟が起こった場合はあなたが責任持ってよ、ということと、著作権の持ち主であることを証明してね、っていうことでした。たぶん大量 URL を申請したので、それが引っかかったのでしょうね。
削除用ダッシュボードには拒否された記録が残っています。
そこで半分怒りながら、以下のように返信しました。（文法が間違ってるのは目をつぶってください。）

わたしが http://www.1010uzu.com の著作権所有者であり、 http://www.1010uzu.com.metri.biz がわたしのサイトを機械的に盗んでいるので、どのようにしたらよいのか、という文章です。
これを送ったら、 9 月 13 日の午後には DMCA 侵害申し立てが通りました。
パクリサイトのドメインが売りに出される
3 回目の DMCA 侵害申し立ても無事に通り、検索からパクリサイトをほぼ消し去ることができました。しかし http://www.1010uzu.com.metri.biz にアクセスするとわたしのサイトがまだ表示されます。「 195.154.184.40 」からのアクセスを拒否すればいいのですが、その施策をするのが面倒だな、と思って放置していました。そうしたらなんと今年の 4 月 30 日にはドメインが売りに出され、パクリサイトは消えたのでした。
なんかあっけない幕切れでした。たまたま夫が気がついて教えてくれたから知れただけで、この手のパクリサイトはたくさんあるのでしょうね。アクセスログを定期的にチェックして怪しい IP はブロックするのがよいのかもしれません。
